We endeavor to dispatch all orders placed before 14:00 on the same day. All orders placed after this time will generally be despatched on the following working day. You will automatically receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched from our online orders department. This email confirmation will provide you with a tracking number and a link to the corresponding courier's online tracking service, where you can enter your tracking number to check the progress your order is making. 

• Standard Shipping 

All orders destined for the European countries including the UK and the North America regions are sent using SF Express standard delivery service, at a flat rate of $7.99. Deliveries arrive Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Once processed & complete, we aim to have your order with you in 6-12 working days.

• Express Shipping 

The 1st Class Express Shipping is also provided for the European countries including the UK and the North America regions via SF Express at a flat rate of $14.99. Please allow 3-6 local business days (excluding bank holidays) for your order to arrive. Delays to your parcel may occur during transit at your specific countries customs department.

Please note, depending on your country's customs procedures, this may sometimes fall subject to delays in accordance with your government's import and customs regulations. The timeframes given here are simply guidelines for you to make an estimation. 

Tax is not included in the price of the products in Eclection Boutique. You are obliged to pay any taxes or additional fees are subject to that of your own government. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
